The Terms of Use are to be read and fully understood before using the Site, or joining our email list.
1. Agreement
By using the Y&I, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use (hereafter “TOU”). If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in the TOU, we do not consent to provide you with access to the Site, and you should cease your use of it. We shall not be held responsible for any personal decisions taken by users of Y&I leading to objectively advantageous or detrimental consequences.

Y&I makes no recommendations, projections, representations, or guarantees with respect to future price(s), or performance, of any companies, products, investments, services, newsletters, and websites referred to by, or in any communications from Y&I. Contents on the website are reserved for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. Y&I is not a registered investment advisor or stock broker/dealer. 4. Changes to the Terms of Use and Site Contents.
Y&I may, from time to time, adopt other TOU, policies, procedures, and conditions in connection with the website and your use of the Site. Y&I reserves the right, without any form of user concession, to add to or change any of the terms of use on the Site, as well as change the Site (including eliminating or discontinuing any contents therein). All of these policies may be amended or terminated, at any time and from time to time, by Y&I and such amendments and such terminations will take effect when posted on the Site. By using Y&I, you accept those modifications if you continue to use the Site. You should check the Site frequently to see recent changes.
5. Information Conditions
You may not republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute content from Y&I to online bulletin boards, message boards, newsgroups, chat rooms, or in other any manner, without our prior written permission. 6. User Conditions and Online Terms of Conduct
Y&I blogs and content are intended to serve as a discussion center for thoughtful users who make their own investment decisions, with or without the help of a broker. The Site is not to be used for any sort of security price manipulation or any type of unethical information manipulation. We strongly encourage all participants to disclose any positions they have in stocks being discussed (e.g., long, short, no position).
We also respectfully ask that you not engage in:
Stock touting.
Personal attacks against an author or another user.
Profanity or vulgarity.
Business solicitations or advertising.
Security price manipulation.
Inappropriate, unethical or misleading behaviour.
Y&I editors, at their discretion, may remove comments that violate these standards. These standards are designed to ensure that the dialogue on the Site is credible, responsible, intelligent and informative. We cannot guarantee that users will tell the truth, and we will not monitor the veracity of names and positions or the content of any posts. However, by setting out the above guidelines, we hope to raise the credibility of the discussion and foster a spirit of open, honest exchanges of information. In addition, please be advised that even if a user who posts a comment may, if the user so registers, be publicly identifiable only by the alias he or she chose during registration.
It is Y&I’s editorial policy not to publish articles submitted by research firms or authors who are directly compensated by a company for coverage of that company’s stock or business. Y&I does not publish articles written by authors who actively work in the field of Investor Relations.
If an author has a business relationship with a company named in an article that he or she has authored, that relationship must be fully and accurately disclosed.
When you post a comment on the Site, You agree to:
Post comments in both tone and content that contribute in a positive and high quality manner to the substantive exchange of information and the subject matter of the Site.
If you choose an alias, be responsible for all statements made and acts or omissions that occur by use of your alias.
Waive any and all rights against Y&I and hold Y&I harmless in connection with any claims relating to any action taken by Y&I as part of its investigation of a suspected violation or result of its conclusion that a violation of these TOU has occurred, including but not limited to the removal of posts from the Site or a suspension or termination of your access to the Site;
Maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
You agree not to:
Choose an Alias that is threatening, abusive, offensive, harassing, derisive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, hatefully, racially, ethnically or otherwise or objectionable.
Post any comment that you either know or should know is false, deceptive or misleading, or misrepresent or deceive others as to the source, accuracy, integrity or completeness of any comment you post.
Post any comment that is unlawful, harmful or injurious to others, threatening, abusive, offensive, harassing, derisive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, hatefully, racially, ethnically or otherwise tortuous or objectionable.
Post any comment that does or may invade the privacy or violate or infringe on any rights of others, including, without limitation, copyrights and other intellectual property rights.
By use of your Alias or in any comment, impersonate any person or entity, falsely or deceptively state, infer or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with or connection to any person or entity.
Post any comment which, either the act of posting or the comment itself, you do not have a right to do under any law, regulation or order of any court, or as a result of an employment, contractual, fiduciary or other legal obligation or relationship.
Post any advertising, promotional materials, so called “chain letters,” “pyramid” or other schemes or invitations to participate in these or any other form of solicitation or promotion.
Post any non-public or otherwise restricted, confidential or proprietary information without authorization.
Violate any local, state, national or international law, regulation or order of any court, including but not limited to regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any securities exchange, including without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or The Nasdaq Stock Market.
Each individual who posts a comment is solely responsible for her or his own acts, including the content, context or information in the comment he or she posts. This means that each individual, and not Y&I, is entirely responsible for anything and everything she or he posts on any division of the Site. Y&I does not and does not intend to pre-screen any comments posted on its Site and Y&I cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of anything that may appear on its Site.
7. Limitation of Liability
NEITHER YOUNG AND INVESTED NOR ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AGENTS AND SPONSORS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE AND/OR ANY CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE USED OR PURCHASED THROUGH YOUNG AND INVESTED. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING IT. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOUNG AND INVESTED FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) SHALL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO US BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE, OR THE REMOVAL OF INFORMATION RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INJURY.
8. Termination
Either Y&I or you may terminate this User Agreement, with or without cause, at any time by written notice to the other party. The termination of this User Agreement shall not affect the rights and the obligations of Y&I and you with respect to the period prior to the termination.
